Description of problem:
When the gnome-icon-theme-legacy package is not installed the Lock screen, Logout, and Quit items in the menu show a "missing" icon.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
cinnamon-1.6.7-2.fc18.x86_64

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum install cinnamon
2. yum remove gnome-icon-theme-legacy
3. Log in to Cinnamon
4. Open menu
  
Actual results:
Lock screen, Logout, and Quit items are missing icons.

Expected results:
Appropriate icons should be displayed.

Use groups install instead
