Description of problem:

Heap Check is broken for any program.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

2.0-7. x86_64

How reproducible:

Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run any program, even an empty C program, with these environment variables HEAPCHECK=minimal LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib64/libtcmalloc.so 
2. Program crashes at exit

Actual results:

Check failed: !do_main_heap_check: should have done it
Aborted (core dumped)

Expected results:

Program gracefully exits with a heap check report.
