Description of problem:
Systems -> Details Tab -> System Info -> Edit Release Version - Lists the releases in a random order

1. Log in to SAM
2. Navigate to Systems page and click on a System
3. Go to Details Tab -> System Info -> Release Version
4. Click to edit Release Version

Actual results:
The dropdown values are listed in a random order


Expected results:
The dropdown values should be listed in an order, preferably descending order

The release version is already shown in ascending order so there is no change from my side to be done for fixing this bug.
