Writing bond names to the bonding_masters file did not add new bonding devices, so only two bonds were enabled when new hosts were added to the Manager. Now, the bonding_masters file is opened with each added bond, and data for each bond is persistently written onto the file, so more than two bonds can be used.

Description of problem:
Bond1, bond2 and bond3 are missing on the host, after adding it to the RHEVM

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a host to the RHEVM
2. In GUI try to create bond
3. Go to /sys/class/net 
  
Actual results:
in /sys/class/net only bond0 and bond4 are presented 
In GUI you can create only bond0 or bond4
