Description of problem:
Can't close quota window with ESC.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
sf7

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In the system tree select on of DC.
2. Then click Quota tab.
3. Click add new Quota.(or edit/copy)
4. Hit ESC, or hit X in the right corner.
  
Actual results:
Nothing happened.

Expected results:
Window is closed.

- changed BZ subject to reflect the issue more accurately.
- other windows in the application are closed appropriately when hitting "x" or ESC -> setting BZ to sla.

Managed to close the window properly with Esc button .
