Description of problem:
aether-test-util artifact should be split into separate subpackage from aether.

The reason is that aether-test-util has additional dependencies (junit, hamcrest, easymock2, ...) that are not needed by other parts of aether.

aether-1.13.1-10.fc19 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 19.

aether-1.13.1-10.fc19 has been pushed to the Fedora 19 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.

I believe that this bug is fixed in aether-1.13.1-10,
which is available in updates for Fedora 19, so I am closing this bug now.
