Description of problem:

fence_apc is nut supporting apc firmware 5.x
In order to test apc firmware 5.x agents, we will have to use fence_apc_snmp

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

apc_snmp should be added to t6he agents selection list

Since apc is quite common power management card and it is not supported anymore with firmware 5.x I recommend to fix this issue for current version ( 3.2 )

apc_snmp is supported and verified.
