Description Jeremy Christian 2013-03-04 20:49:08 UTC
Description of problem:
I replaced gnome-screensaver with xscreensaver. Now when I lock the screen with xscreensaver and close my laptop lid, it crashes xscreensaver. This is a serious security issue!

Can you upload core file somewhere? From backtrace currently I see something impossible happened..??

Comment 14 Mamoru TASAKA 2013-03-05 00:46:14 UTC
Or is this issue reproducible?

Comment 15 Jeremy Christian 2013-03-05 17:06:18 UTC
Mamoru, where would I find the core file?

Comment 16 Mamoru TASAKA 2013-03-06 00:17:31 UTC
Try checking
/var/spool/abrt/
or
~/.cache/abrt/spool/

Comment 18 Jeremy Christian 2013-03-12 18:20:00 UTC
Mamoru, I am no longer able to recreate this bug. It may have been a bug that can only be reproduced after initial install. Possibly something leftover from gnome-screensaver.

Comment 19 Mamoru TASAKA 2013-03-13 03:17:04 UTC
Thank you for coredump. I checked the core with gdb, however still I cannot figure out why this issue happened (looks impossible...)

Now I once close this bug as WORKSFORME. If issues similar to this or something else, please let me know it. Thank you for reporting anyway.
