This is related to fedora feature: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Features/AnacondaRealmIntegration

It was initially thought that this would be part of the anaconda source code, but the anaconda project has moved in the direction of bundling addon for reasons of maintainability.

The initial packaging of this package was on Fedora 18. However this package is slated for inclusion in Fedora 19. I'm in the process of installing rawhide at this point, and it hasn't been easy. It's a very simple package, so I hope that it's not a problem that the SRPM has been built on Fedora 18.

Sure. For a rawhide only package a build should be sufficient.
