Hi Akshay,

Can you reliably reproduce that, and does it occur with other videos? Does the crash also occur if you play the video with Gstreamer?

If the bug is reproducible with 0.2.15, please try the pending update to 0.2.17 here:

https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/xnoise-0.2.17-1.fc18,libtaginfo-0.1.3-1.fc18

(download libtaginfo and xnoise and install them by hand, or wait until they reach testing and then 'yum --enablerepo=updates-testing update xnoise')

If other Gstreamer-based tools crash on that file too, it's probably a Gstreamer bug, but let's only file it if it's reproducible with Gstreamer 1.0.x (0.2.15 uses the older Gstreamer 0.8.x)

This bug also present in Fedora 19.
To reproduce: repeatedly playing/stop some html5 video in qtwebkit browser (for example - fancybrowser from here: http://qt-project.org/doc/qt-4.8/webkit-fancybrowser.html). Sometimes get a segfault.

This is also happen when you set/unset player mute.
