Description of problem:

When user gets a list of LUNs for selection (FC Storage),radio button can not be switched between LUNs. E.g. user selects one LUN and if he wants to select another LUN, the radio button will stay on a first LUN. So both LUNs will be selected.

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create VM
2.Add external disk.
3.Choose FC storage domain
4.Try to select one LUN and than another.
  
Actual results:

All LUNs will be selected.

Expected results:

When user selects one LUN and wants to select another LUN,the first LUN should be unselected.

When selection second lun, the first one get unselected.
