Description of problem:

Openstack Keystone RPM requires OpenSSL for setup, but the RPM does not have it as a dependency.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
openstack-keystone-2012.2.3-3.fc18.noarch


How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.yum install openstack-keystone (make sure openssl is not installed)
2.  keystone-manage pki_setup
  
Actual results:
Traceback ending with 
OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory


Expected results:
PKI certificates and keys installed under /etc/keystone


Additional info:  To work around, install openssl directly.

Package openstack-keystone-2012.2.3-4.el6:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora EPEL 6 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=epel-testing openstack-keystone-2012.2.3-4.el6'
as soon as you are able to.
