The Image Service CLI now displays a progress bar for image upload and download activity. Prior to this enhancement, progress feedback of Image Service CLI activity was not available.

Description of problem:

When user  creating image via glane using copy-from option.

He can't know size/percentage of image already being saved  ( and the ETA for that )

nothing in the logs

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create new glance image
glance image-create --name Fedora17-image --disk-format=qcow2 --container-format=bare --is-public=True --copy-from  http://berrange.fedorapeople.org/images/2012-11-15/f17-x86_64-openstack-sda.qcow2

2. check glance image-list
3. check there is not update in the size or ETA , only the size of image from meta data

FYI this was implemented in the old deprecated native glance CLI:

  https://blueprints.launchpad.net/glance/+spec/progressbar-upload-image

and was not a universally loved feature.

There are some discussions upstream wrt copy_from, policies and async workers. It makes sense to introduce this feature as part of those discussions. 

As Eoghan pointed out, it was implemented in the old Glance CLI and got lost somewhere.

I'll post new info as soon as we agree on something upstream.

Bug verified. 

As said, the progress does work for image-create, image-update, image-download, but doesn't work for --location and --copy-from.
