Description of problem:

Adding Widget "ALSA Volume Control" to a panel will bring plasma-desktop to 100%
Adding Widget "ALSA Volume Control" to the desktop will bring plasma-desktop to 100% and pulseaudio to 60%

what exactly do you consider here broken?

Sliders don`t control the sound?
Color, device, interface Settings don`t apply?

Sorry, now i`m don`t reproduce the bug. But in my comp (F19, 1 sound-card) it is not reproduced.

However, I understand so, that the problem is that the plasmoid restores the saved values ​​of devices, and it is the impact on pulseaudio and back. To reduce the a processor load on startup, you can select only the necessary devices for control.
