Description of problem:
The controller class MemberController does not have setter for field member.

It causes this WARNING to be generated on EAP console once the link for viewing details of members is clicked.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
WFK 2.2.0.ER2 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. build and deploy kitchensink-rf quickstart from jboss-wfk-quickstarts-2.2.0-dist.zip
2. load http://localhost:8080/jboss-as-kitchensink-rf/
3. click on the view link in the table with registered members
4. see the warning on the EAP console and see that no popup with member details is rendered

I have verified it with WFK 2.2.0.CR1.
