If maven.home system property is defined to an empty string then it should be treated as if it was undefined.

Fixed in maven-invoker-2.1.1-6

I believe that this bug is fixed in maven-invoker-2.1.1-6,
which is available in Fedora 19, so I am closing this bug now.
