Description of problem:
maven invoker assumes that mavenHome has parent directory. If this assumprion is false (for example maven.home is root directory "/") then NullPointerException is thrown.

I believe that this bug is fixed in maven-invoker-2.1.1-6,
which is available in Fedora 19, so I am closing this bug now.
