This is an automated bug update. If you can reproduce the crash (do you have a reproduction steps, the crash occurs reliably), please reopen the bug. Thanks!

Well, this bug is constantly appears when using flash-plugin in browser (Firefox, Opera etc.). It was ok in Fedora 16 and in fresh Fedora 17 installation. But after some updates somewhat got broken. It does not depend on whether it's a clean install or an upgrade from previous version of Fedora. By the way, it appears to happen only on some machines: two or three. This bug report is from one of them, that is not mine. But I was asked to help with.

Comment 12 ZiN 2013-03-20 20:57:39 UTC
The browser loads web page and when if founds some flash, I can hear and see quite high HDD activity and CPU load, and then it crashes. With flash plugin switched off everything is all right. By now I switched to gnash and lightspark. And though some sites can be supported (but sometimes very limited), many sites do not work correctly, as they unfortunately requires flash with technologies, that are not yet supported by gnash and lightspark.

I see. The backtrace you attached is from mozilla crash reporter. Please try attach a new one, according to http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Debugging_guidelines_for_Mozilla_products#Application_crash

it should reveal a crash in some plugin related code.

Please reopen if you have the data.
