Note there are 2 omissions on the page you refer to. 1. Redhat 9 always seems to give a (harmless) error when rpm --rebuilddb is run. 2. You should use /usr/lib/rpm/rpmdb_verify rather than db_verify for RedHat 9, as rpm uses a later db version than is in the db package. Fixed. |
