Description of problem:
when host deployment fails in the event log the following message appears:

Please refer to enging.log on engine and log files under /tmp on host for further details.

contains a type and incorrect log path

as RC is built, moving to ON_QA (hopefully did not catch incorrect bugs when doing this)
