Description of problem:

The Compare Metrics pop up has a link 'Advanced Setting' clicking on the link does nothing. Also observed that clicking on the arrow buttons to set the 'Metric Display Range' and 'Get current Values' does nothing.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Compatible group->Monitoring->Tables tab
2. Select member resources and click on 'Compare Metrics' button.
3. Click on the link 'Advanced Setting' in the compare metrics pop up.
  
Actual results:

Expected results:

Link 'Advanced Setting' on Compare Metrics pop up should work.

Tested on Firefox ESR 17.0 version

Same result on FF17. The link 'Advanced Setting' on Compare Metrics pop up do not work on FF17.

FYI: This is a portal.war table and as such hasn't been touched in quite a while. The ramifications to this bug is that it probably exists back for a couple versions of JON.

This is still an issue and needs to be moved out of Portal.war. As this wasn't a chart screen I did not have this one on my charting radar.
