Description of problem:

Clicking on 'Advanced' button on time range selector on Resource->Monitoring->Tables/Graphs tabs causes Time range start date and the start date picker to disappear. It displays the End date and Set button.
Please refer the attached screenshot.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to Resource->Monitoring->Tables or Graphs tab
2. At the bottom of the page, click on the 'Advanced' button on time range selector.
  
Actual results:

Time range start date and the date picker disappears on clicking 'Advanced' button on time range selector 

Expected results:

It should display the Time range start date and the date picker.

Tested on Firefox ESR 17.0 version

Same result on FF17. Time range start date and the date picker disappears on clicking 'Advanced' button on time range selector.

This functionality is to be replaced with the new dual slider control put forward by UXD for navigating time ranges for charts.
