Current key is measurement id and resource id for the chart but another key (portletkey) is needed to for portlet charts so they can be added to other dashboards as well.

Right now the first one gets rendered, other charts with the same resource id, measurement id in other dashboards wont get rendered.

Multiple charts with the same resource/measurements can now be placed in multiple dashboard tabs as a portlet key(portletId) has been added to uniquely identity the chart.

This can be tested by adding the same chart for a resource/measurement to multiple tabs.

verified in master build :ff37cd9

the same measurement graph can be placed in multiple dashboards and in multiple(same) columns for a dashboard. 

please get attached screenshots
