This is mostly a tracker for the FTBFS issue, detected during PHP 5.5 rebuild (but not related to PHP, as local F18 test build works)

* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 20 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:

as soon as you are able to.
