Description of problem:
Each HTML page generated by RH Bugzilla has two copies of the My Bugs link in the page footer -- one in the horizontal bar with all the other links and a second on a line by itself just above the "Legal" link.  The second link should probably be removed.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Occurs in both 4.2 and 4.4.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open http://bugzilla.redhat.com
2. If necessary, scroll down to the bottom of the page
  
Actual results:
My Bugs link appears twice near the bottom of the page.

Expected results:
My Bugs link appears once near the bottom of the page.

It will be the first link that will be removed. This is in line with upstream behaviour, and means less hacking maintenance is required.

hi~guys,
IMO, it's not a bug.
the first 'my bugs' link is in the foot menu bar , just as it in the top menu bar.
and the second 'my bugs' link is in the 'saved searches' section, after adding some saved searches by users themselves, the saved searches will be displaying in this section, see 'Preferences->Saved Searches', 'My Bugs' is in the 'Saved Searches' table by default.

so QE set qa ack to '-'.
