SELinux is preventing /usr/libexec/gstreamer-1.0/gst-plugin-scanner from 'execute' accesses on the file /home/ankur/ros_catkin_ws/install_isolated/lib/libopencv_calib3d.so.2.4.4.

***** Plugin catchall (100. confidence) suggests ***************************

If you believe that gst-plugin-scanner should be allowed execute access on the libopencv_calib3d.so.2.4.4 file by default.
Then you should report this as a bug.
You can generate a local policy module to allow this access.
Do
allow this access for now by executing:
# grep gst-plugin-scan /var/log/audit/audit.log | audit2allow -M mypol
# semodule -i mypol.pp
