picture of the "circular chek-box"

Description of problem:

The items on the list has two elements each, the "circular check-box" and the "description".

You can go up and down and select each element by clicking on the circular check-box only.

But you can also go LEFT and then RIGTH, switching between the circular check-box and the description, but clicking in the description does nothing.

Either clicking in the description does the same thing that clicking on the circular check-box or one should not be able to go LEFT in the first place (only UP/DOWN always with the circular check-box selected).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
F19a TC2 (19.13)

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter software selection
2. Using the keyboard, press DOWN (to select the first item) and then LEFT

Actual results:
potential confusion for the less experienced users
