This bug can't be reproduced from QE side. Please refer to steps as below:

Build:
PROD

Steps:
1. Create an app with glassfish template from https://github.com/openshift/openshift-glassfish3-sample
2. Tre to restart this app from website


Actual results:
The  glassfish server can be restarted correctly as attached. Thanks.
