Description of problem:
Connecting to a RHEL6.4 guest results in one of two scenarios (both wrong) depending on the version of vdagent:
a) spice-vdagent-0.12.0-4.el6_4.x86_64:
  all 4 displays are open immediately
b spice-vdagent-0.12.0-4.el6_4.1.x86_64
  the menu is greyed out and no additional monitors can be open

reverting the one-liner from bug 918997 fixes it...
