How reproducible:

# yum install -y katello-headpin-all
# katello-configure --deployment=headpin --user-pass=admin

Steps to Reproduce:
1.# headpin -u admin -p **** environment create --org ACME_Corporation --name DEV --prior Library

2.# headpin -u admin -p **** activation_key create --name act_key --org ACME_Corporation --environment DEV

3.# subscription-manager register --name "localhost" --org "ACME_Corporation" --activationkey "act_key" --force


  
Actual results:

Problem creating consumer Consumer [id = 8a90aa703dc9c3f7013dc9f1fc970599, type = ConsumerType [id=1000, label=system], getName() = localhost]

Expected results:

Client registered successfully using activation key

My guess is this failure was due to the environment being removed:

[root@bkearney ~]# subscription-manager register --name fromkey --activationkey bkkey --org ACME_Corporation
The system has been registered with ID: 4ca099b9-ca65-4a38-a31e-6b2a68e05376
