Description of problem:
On a F19 Alpha TC3 install the fedora-release string
"Schrödinger's Cat" shows broken text like in the attached
screenshot. Changing the kernel console font might help.
So perhaps it is systemd's fault?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install F19
2. go to kernel console screen

Actual results:
2. F19 release name is rendered in broken text.

Expected results:
3. the utf-8 string to render correctly.

Okay trying systemd.
