Description of problem:

The dashboard portlet charts currently have auto refresh capability. It would be nice to extend that capability to the other places d3 charts exist.

This is a global change and could possibly affect other portlets, so please check other portlets for autorefresh issues.

Bulk closing of issues in old RHQ releases that are in production for a while now.

Please open a new issue when running into an issue.
