systemd upstream has a maintained systemctl/hostnamectl/systemd-coredumpctl/loginctl/etc completion for zsh [1]. Current Fedora zsh package has an old version from 2011. The completion script would (IMO) be better shipped in the systemd package, otherwise it'll be out-of-date very often, since systemd toolset is evolving quite quickly.

Package zsh-5.0.2-4.fc19:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 19 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing zsh-5.0.2-4.fc19'
as soon as you are able to.

Thank you for the update to systemd bash completion script!

How is this supposed to work going forward: should I file a bug for zsh each time the systemd script is updated?

You may also just write me a small hint to my mail address mentioned above, I'd update the package then accordingly. ;)

zsh-5.0.2-4.fc19 has been pushed to the Fedora 19 stable repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
