Description of problem:
When changing the time period for a single d3 chart on the dialog pop-up from inventory detail resource measurements summary. The time will change once but there-after will not change the time period.


How reproducible:
Always after N+2 times of pressing the SET button it stops functioning and freezes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to an inventory detail page
2.click on a resource measurements summary link to bring up a single chart for that metric
3. Change the time period and press SET (note: this works the first time)
4. Now Change the time period again and press SET (nothing happens)

This is now fixed in master, commit: a746f75
