Description of problem: initial-setup has to be added to the default preset policy as described in guidelines to be enabled by default.
  
Actual results:
initial-setup is not enabled by default

Expected results:
initial-setup is enabled by default

This issues is blocking https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=929403 and it's accepted as blocker bug for Alpha. We need this fix today, as early as possible. Thanks.

* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:

as soon as you are able to.
