Description of problem:

Along the lines of bug 949656 regarding the same issue in the Administration Guide, the Deployment Guide needs instructions on clearing the developer console's cache.

The section concerned is 6.8.2. Cartridge Availability:

For the Deployment Guide, I suggest using wording similar to that described in bug 949565 for the Administration Guide.
