Note: I do *not* have two-factor authentication enabled. Are you also using Kerberos with gnome-online-accounts? We have had a few cases where goa-daemon deadlocks are eats up CPU with Kerberos. That might explain the "Timeout was reached". I am going to close this as a duplicate of the 100% CPU consumption issue.
