This bug was incorrectly cloned. I am closing it and making a request on 950155 to have that bug cloned to 6.4.z. Please do not create zstream clones yourself. A program manager must clone the bugs to zstream in order to get all of the flags and keywords correct. When you want to nominate a bug for zstream, set the 6.4.z? flag, and leave the cloning to PM.
