Description of problem:
I get the following error in jacORB client program.

ERROR [jacorb.orb] (http-localhost.localdomain/127.0.0.1:48080-1) no adapter activator exists for XXXXX

We've decided this condition (no adapter activator present) is not an ERROR. 
Could this be changed to something else. It should be moved from error to debug level.

This will be fixed in the next build of jacorb, either from the current 2.3.2 (-redhat-5) jboss branch [1], or the next upstream rebase.

Verified on EAP 6.2.0.CR3 by the added reproducer.
I suppose that the expected result is the clean run without error (the comment with reproducer says otherwise)
