grub config file

Description of problem:
After installing F19 RC1, F19 fails to boot.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install F19
2. Reboot
3. Stare at blank screen for awhile.

Actual results:
F19 fails to boot.

Expected results:
F19 boots.

Additional info:

A workaround is to load the config file with the F18 version of grub.

This is an EFI 2.00 machine (according to Refind v 0.6.8).
I also use encryption.

I do have multiple EFI partitions, but grub has not had any problems with that before. (e.g., an EFI for F18 and one for F19).
