Seems like the the .PO files haven't been updated or pulled recently. Only the package maintainer can do that.

Sorry for the delay in response and thank you for the reminder. I've just pushed .POT files and pulled .PO files of all our projects (abrt,libreport,gnome-abrt).

All current fedora ABRT packages related packages should be using the most recent translation files.
