Description of problem:

fedora-upgrade results in an error
$ sudo fedora-upgrade

Thanks for the report. Fedora 18 had fedora-upgrade-18.5-1.fc18.noarch which have only upgrade from F18 to rawhide. For some reason I forgot to build fedora-upgrade-19 for F18 and F17. Fixed.

* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:

as soon as you are able to.
