Description of problem:

There is a need for the possibility to do an operation on a subset of grouped resources through the RHQ UI.

For instance, say you have 8 Tomcat servers in a group, but only want to restart four of them at a time. 

Either you have to do operations on each server individually - which is a lot of clicks - or have to find some workaround like removing servers from the list after the operations have started.

The way this could possibly be implemented would be to have a separate listbox to the right of the "Member Resource" list where you could move servers/resources you do not want to include in the operation. See attachment rhq-mockup for an example.

Unfortunately my competence for coding this would be sub-par so hopefully with someone could have a look at implementing this.
