Description of problem:
AVC denial while fetching file through squid with kerberos authentication

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Setup squid with kerberos authentication
2. Use curl to access some internet site

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion
in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux release.  Product Management has
requested further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for
potential inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux release for currently
deployed products.  This request is not yet committed for inclusion in
a release.

We allow it in Fedora/RHEL6.

#!!!! This avc is allowed in the current policy
allow squid_t auth_port_t:tcp_socket name_connect;
