Description Paulo Andrade 2013-04-22 18:30:52 UTC
The problem appears to be very recent as I did not
have it a few weeks ago when generating a mock

This should be a transient problem as rpy is already built for F18

https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=413145

and it has been submitted to testing as

so as you see it is in the same thread with R-3.0.0

So I am a little surprised that you had this problem... :-(

Comment 2 Paulo Andrade 2013-04-23 19:29:27 UTC
Thanks. Maybe I was unlucky, but the failure was
in koji build, maybe I was very unlucky with a small
window of time, but since rpy is optional, I disabled
it temporarily for f18 to get the first sagemath
package built.

I think it is ok to close the bug.

Comment 3 José Matos 2013-05-03 21:09:38 UTC
The update has landed in stable so you should be able to use rpy2 in F18 without any problem.
