SAM 1.3 will include the ability for customers to install Enhanced Reporting rpms so that they can view subscription status reports in a new tab. This functionality is being built in 1.3 for Satellite users and should be considered tech-preview for non-satellite users.

Documentation should be able to explain what & how to install & use this reporting function as a Satellite user.

moving this to on_QA. The current splice builds with 5.6 are deliving the functionality.
