Description of problem:
It does not work with gnome3.8. Apparently it's because of changes in pygobject.

upgrading to latest upstream release fixes the issue.

unofficial rpm packages of the 0.15.3 release can be found at my opensuse build service repository:
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/whistlerwmz/Fedora_19/

* was pushed to the Fedora 20 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing rabbitvcs-0.16-1.fc20'
as soon as you are able to.
