Description of problem:

A tracker bug for all the Quota issues which will be fixed for Big Bend.

Any quota bug open with Big Bend base, should be added in 'Depends On:' field of this bug.

All the bugs that are mentioned in this bz are either in New or Assigned. I'm not sure why this should be on_qa. Moving it back to assigned.

There are specific bugs which doesn't work in new quota feature. It would make sense to track them individually. Hence closing this bug with CURRENT RELEASE (for RHS2.1) as the functionality is in, and is Tech Preview. (Msg/status update by Amar (amarts)
