To eliminate the confusion of two charting systems, the old charts can now be removed since QE has validated the new charts against the old charts.

Old charts have been removed along with the GFlot library as it is no longer necessary.

Bulk closing of issues in old RHQ releases that are in production for a while now.

Please open a new issue when running into an issue.
