Description of problem:
The "Header Text" (the text displayed in the top left hand corner of odd numbered pages) appears to be two pages too early. eg. The preface for a book starts on Page 15 but the Header for it is on Page 13.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create any book or article and build it as a PDF
2. Open the PDF and inspect the "Header Text"
  
Actual results:
The "Header Text" doesn't appear on the page that contains the contents.

Expected results:
The "Header Text" should appear on the page that contains the contents.
